HR Audit
The HR Audit involves a full review of your current HR documents, systems, policies and procedures, the findings of which are detailed in a report together with recommendations for legal and best practice improvements.
Outsourced HR
For businesses that are either growing to a size that requires a part time HR Manager, are looking to reduce the running costs of their current HR function or require absence cover for their HR Manager during periods of sickness, holidays or maternity leave etc., our Outsourced HR service may be the perfect solution for you. This option provides clients with an experienced and dedicated HR Manager on site at intervals to suit your needs, ranging from ½ day per month to full time cover.
Consultancy & Project Work
We offer a no ties “Consultancy Only” service for clients requiring one off projects or assignments to be carried out.
Employers Indemnity Insurance
In order to provide a complete peace of mind service, we also offer Employers Indemnity Insurance for Clients who wish to fully protect themselves against unfortunate tribunal action. The policy provides cover for the cost of legal expenses and compensation awards, totalling up to a maximum of £100,000 per annum. Further details and a non obligation quotation can be provided on request.
Training
Tailor-made half and full day training courses can be developed and delivered on site to suit your particular business needs.
