“We employ 120 staff in the Rochdale and Bury area and we had used a telephone based service for the previous 5 years. We had become dissatisfied with the ‘remoteness’ of the service, often finding that the last person we spoke to was not available. When we started to work with HR Assist it was immediately noticeable that we could deal with any issues much more quickly. As our relationship developed, HR Assist became more strategically involved in our business and provided workshops to develop the HR skills of our managers. This process also involved HR Assist re-writing a number of our processes.
The end result is a team of managers who are far more capable and empowered and a reduction in the amount of hassle for senior management.
